    I had a friend who had a chronic bad back which was only remedied by B12. I’m not convinced that a vegan diet is a natural human diet, even though I love lots of vegan recipes.

        Great!! I love fresh fruit and vegetables, nothing quite like them… but maybe it’s just my life style and pressure of having a family.. I still keep on eating vegan a lot of the time though!
