Just Pondering Part 798

Social Network IconsI will admit that I am no big fan of the social media hype; I only have a Facebook page for my blog, Renard Moreau Presents, a general Pinterest account (which I hardly use) and a general Twitter account that I use for everything.

Some have claimed, as bloggers, we need to take a proactive role in social media and promote our posts via social media in order for our blog to gain popularity.

Do you think that it is imperative that bloggers should be a part of those so-called popular social media sites?

In my case, I am cool with what I have and I don’t think that it is necessary that I join every social network under the Sun.
