Just Pondering Part 621

The sales of smartphones and tablets have skyrocketed worldwide and laptops haven’t been doing that well sales-wise. So, why are they still selling laptops at an exorbitant price?

The nice thing about being the purchaser of electronic items is, we can leave them right there in the store until the price drops.

Store owners will have to learn the hard way that most people will hold on to their money if they believe that they are not getting their money’s worth.

For the longest while, I have been contemplating the purchase of a new laptop; but I am not going to buy it if it is overpriced.

  1. They are still pretty expansive here in germany as well. I have a desktop pc and a smartphone and I do not plan to buy a notebook yet. My mobilephone provider offers very cheap tablets but I didn´t decide yet. But it would be indeed much cheaper than a notebook anyhow.

  2. because they can, and people buy them. If the sales completely flatlined they would drop the prices.
