Let’s face it: there are many people who are fascinated in remaining young-looking (or if they are senior citizens, they don’t mind looking younger again).
We have heard about eating right, sleeping and exercising well, to name a few.
Our state of mind has a lot to do with it as well, because if we are psychologically disturbed, we are going to look like hell.
Some people have implemented mind and mood enhancing techniques such as creative visualisation and meditation; which seems to work rather well for them. (This is way better than going down the figurative road of cosmetic surgery).
If you have been observant, you would be cognizant of the fact that people age differently (They tend to look younger than their peers and associates who are within the same age group).
There are also a lot of things that scientists are unaware of — things like what is the purpose of the remaining DNA coding that they like to refer to as Junk DNA? Maybe, if they unlocked a few of those secrets, they may actually discover that when these various parts of the so-called Junk DNA are activated, it may slow down the aging process dramatically.
As a kid, I was amazed by those biblical stories of people who lived to be over one hundred years.
Hopefully, this mystery of not aging rapidly or maintaining one’s youthful image and appearance for a longer than average period will be revealed by the next generation of scientists.
