At The Table: Changing The Landscape, Looking Outside
So the talk At the Table today was about changing the way we look at our landscaping. Looking from within, you are seeing the results of much clipping, cutting and blowing away of the weeds of our past. The releasing and removing of things, actions, people, that no longer support our growth. If it does not flow, it will not grow!
But in looking outside, we see that the work is not done. What is the change we really need to make? Our perception changes once we look “outside” of ourselves. Is it something that should be plucked from our garden, and removed, or is it a simple change that is needed? A shift in awareness?
In creating change, we must always realize, that we can only change ourselves, or the way we perceive a situation or a person. If we are asking someone else to change their actions, words, or perception, we are trying to control THEIR GROWTH PATTERNS.
We then create energy within that landscape, that becomes so overgrown in anger, frustration, and despair, we lose sight of the beauty of the lessons. We lose our flow, and the landscape no longer thrives with life.
At the Table, we are reminded that we are responsible for our actions, our change, our outcome only. Allowing the next table to change, or not to change, is what teaches us what table we want to occupy. The view from different tables will change your perception, and can affect your outcome. Its always a choice, you can occupy a table in the corner, or with a view!! All the views, At the Table are beautiful! Each of us are responsible for the upkeep of our own view of the landscape and how we choose to tend to its needs. With each of us tending to our own view, IT ALL GETS WATERED!! What a beautiful view from every window in our lives!!
So, On my Plate today I am sharing my view of my beautiful landscape. Where all beings in my life, grow at their own pace. I love the scenery that is blooming with the flow of acceptance! Thank you for sharing your views this morning At the Table, and as always, I am grateful to share what is On my Plate! Create a beautiful landscape today ♥
