For starters, why in God’s/Goddess’ name do some people choose to purchase canned food? The irony is: it is common knowledge among many people, that canned food contains chemical preservatives; those preservatives are not natural in Nature and we all have an idea as to the chaos that it can do to our overall health.
The average child knows that fruits and vegetables grow on trees and that natural food didn’t originate from cans. Doctors will tell you (provided that they are honest) that fresh fruits and vegetables is what the body needs.
The person who consumes canned food is playing Russian roulette with their health. Canned food is dead food and it is void of the nutrients which the body needs.
Fresh fruits and vegetables are filled with vitamins, minerals and a healthy dose of dietary fibre.
Another important thing to make note of:
Please make sure that the fruits and vegetables that you are purchasing at the supermarket are not genetically engineered.
By eating only natural organic foods, we reap the dietary benefits from them and our health is enhanced in the process.
In addition to eating healthily, we human beings need exercise.
Some of us spend at least 8 hours at work in front of a computer and at the end of our shift, we head straight home, probably munch on some food, take a bath or a shower and head straight for our bed.
A sedentary lifestyle is certainly not conducive to good health; it s exactly the opposite — poor health.
Since the human body was made to move, it would be a good idea to take brisk walks or go jogging on evenings or anytime you may have available for physical exercise (May I also point out that one can engage in any type of physical exercise of their choice. Engaging in sport will help greatly).
Also, many people tend to neglect the spiritual aspect of themselves. Prayer, quiet contemplation and meditation can help a person to balance their life.
The holistic approach to health is a good one and we all need to remember to do the things that promotes good health and not slack off.
