Just Pondering Part 302

PenAre you committed to your own blog? Do you think that you can churn out those wonderful posts with ease?

I am one of those people who update their blog on a regular basis; it is done out of fun and discipline has its part to play in all of it too. I know that there are people who enjoy what I post and I wouldn’t want to deny them their pleasure.

When we think about all the people who subscribed to our blog, the last thing we want to do is to come up empty-handed in the proverbial sense.

I hope that you are not intimidated by the empty space when you are about to compose your blog; at first it would be quite challenging. However, through the act of doing it on a regular basis, it becomes second nature — almost like child’s play.

We human beings always have something to say; an idea that we would like to portray and share with the world.

Don’t allow blogging to conquer you. Instead, conquer your blogging.

If you are new at this, you can write down some ideas in a scrap-book of yours. Also, pay close attention around you, because something interesting is always happening around you and you can always use it as a source of inspiration for your blog.

  1. My problem is that I always have the inspiration in the early morning – like now – but now I ust get ready to go to work. Darn it – that pesky job is getting in the way of my blogging! ;-)

    • [ Smiles ] Hmmm. Interesting; there is a way to get around that. If you don’t work on Saturdays and on Sundays, you can schedule your posts for the week.

  2. The discipline bit can be quite hard, I have phases of commitment :D But that’s not just with blogging, one week I’ll read a book a day then I won’t read anything for a couple of months.
I always find it easier to make notes in a scrapbook, less intimidating that way. I think I approach blogging the same way I approach essay writing – not always a good thing :D

    • [ Chuckles ] You need to loosen up and not be too hard on yourself where blogging is concerned.

If the process lacks fun, chances are, you will avoid doing it.

      Thank you for your input!
