The word is out that this technology unearthed a list of people who were alleged supporters of the outlawed Chinese group Falun Gong and companies employing self-declared racists.
You would find this part most interesting: Some people believe that the entire world can have access to your “Likes”, personal information and your shared photos.
Most people are eager to try out this new Facebook Graph Search Tool; but, by doing so, could one be inadvertently saying, “Goodbye,” to their privacy?
The nice aspect is: A person can share a ton load of information with their friends.
I have even wondered: How secure is it?
I am hoping that mischievous hackers wouldn’t be adventurous by digging into people’s personal information (I have a strong feeling that a few of them have done just that).
Anyway, Facebook’s Graph Search is relatively new and as time goes along, proverbial skeletons may come crawling out of the woodwork; enabling us to learn more about it.
Facebook has no respect for privacy or personal information. Nothing will surprise me if this new tool invades privacy.
[ Laughs ] I am with you on that one, Alex!
